With over 10 years of experience as a deep tissue massage therapist, I've discovered that true healing goes far beyond the physical body. My practice as naturally evolved to honor the connection between the body, mind, and energy, allowing me to support clients on a deeper, more holistic level. 

My approach combines slow, intentional pressure designed to engage the nervous system, allowing the body to release tension, improve mobility, and support long-term recovery.

My formal training equipped me to treat a variety of orthopedic concerns, such as postural dysfunction, tension headache, migraine, repetitive strain injuries, patellofemoral pain syndrome/runner’s knee, nerve impingement, plantar fasciitis, hip dysfunction and more.

In addition to massage I offer Reiki for those seeking energetic healing. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on practice that helps release energetic blockages, restore harmony, and invite a sense of inner calm. Reiki works on subtle energy levels, supporting youre natural ability to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It is particularly helpful for relieving chronic pain, stress, and tension.

Fire cupping is a great add-on to any modalities. This ancient technique that not only relieves muscular tension and stimulates circulation but also works with the body's energy flow. Through the suction of the cups, stagnant energy is released and fresh energy is encouraged to circulate, supporting both physical and energetic balance.
