About Me

With over 10 years of experience as a Register Massage Therapist, I am passionate about helping clients find relief from chronic pain, stubborn tension and long-standing musculoskeletal issues. I take a focused, individualized approach, working on specific area of concern to improve function, reduce discomfort and support long-term recovery.

My formal training equipped me to treat a variety of orthopedic concerns, such as postural dysfunction, tension headache, migraine, repetitive strain injuries, patellofemoral pain syndrome/runner’s knee, nerve impingement, plantar fasciitis, hip dysfunction and more.

Working with children is one of the most rewarding parts of my practice. I love helping children and teens feel supported, whether they are recovering from sport activities, experiencing growing pains, dealing with stress, or simply benefiting from a calming and nurturing treatment. My goal is to create a positive experience where they feel safe, respected and comfortable throughout their session.

In addition to massage therapy I offer Fire cupping as part of my treatments. Fire cupping uses gentle suction to lift and decompress tissues, helping to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, support recovery and promote relaxation
